Description
This dry white wine is made up of 60% Roditis and 40% Moschofilero. It is fermented in stainless steel vats, giving it a fresh crisp acidity.
The wine has short contact with the skin and is aged 6 months in the bottle.
It’s lively aromatic and has an understated power. The blend is produced with finesse and leaves a complexity of texture on the palate.
